Find The Key To A Summer Glow!

Hi y’all!

If you are anything like me, then you are obsessed with finding a way to have glowing skin all summer!  The key to having beautiful glowing, healthy looking skin is antioxidant packed fruits and water!  If you didn’t know, antioxidants and vitamins that are found in common fruits help nourish our bodies, and our skin reflects that.  If you are putting antioxidant and vitamin rich foods into your body, you will see results in your skin.  I love foods that taste good and help me feel my best!  I’ve tried what feels like every possible food combination in order to find what makes me feel and look good, so far these are what I’ve found.

Personally, I love to snack on apple slices, grapes and cherries all summer long.  Fruits that are sweet and easy to eat on the go are my speed.  I start my mornings with an apple, then I have some grapes midday. Blueberries are another wonderful option.

Almonds are great for a midday snack that you can stash in a bag.  Goji berries and spirulina are some trendier options.  Personally, I’ve never tried them but you can click the links if you are interested in them.

I also love to sauté spinach with some garlic and olive oil.  It’s simple to make and is great side dish with any meal!  I also mix it in with my eggs for as a way to spice up a boring breakfast.
