The weather is chilly and leafs have fallen, which means it’s time for my October Beauty Favorites! These are products I absolutely couldn’t live without this past month! The following are my October Beauty Favorites.
I have been swearing by this stuff. It gives me a flawless base without making me look dry. It’s great if your pale like me (nc15 for reference) and if you have dry flaky skin. This stuff lasts ALL day and is extremely buildable. To start, I use one pump which gives me medium coverage. Then, I use an extra pump on blemishes for extra coverage.
2.ELF Brow Pomade
Personally, I have an issue with brow products, I hate overly full brows. To me, they look masculine and I just don’t like the trend, especially on myself. This makes using brow products difficult because every thing is marketed towards creating full, bushy brows. However, This is the best brow pomade I’ve EVER used, hands down. It doesn’t make my brows look too strong and overwhelming. As a result, It keeps them looking neat and full.
3.Anastasia Liquid Lip in Kathryn
I’m in love with this liquid lip. First off, I originally picked this up because I liked the color plus it’s my name, So I just HAD to. I’m completely obsessed. I don’t find it very drying and it lasts forever. The color is absolutely beautiful. I wear brown berry shades as nudes, so this is perfect. Plus, it looks great with nighttime styles because it is such a dark, semi-bold shade.
4.NYX Proof It! eyeshadow primer
I can’t do my makeup without this, end of story. It holds my eyeshadows in place all day even with my super teary eyes.
5.Tarte lights, camera Lashes mascara
This mascara is great for darkening lashes, adding volume and length. In addition, This mascara doesn’t budge and it’s great for everyday wear.
6.Baby Skin Primer
This is one of the only primers I’ve actually finished! The texture is amazing and fills in all of my pores. Most of all, it keeps my makeup looking fresh all day.
7.Urban Decay Naked 3 and Naked Ultimate palettes
I’m so obsessed with these palettes. First, the packaging is beautiful! The pigmentation is amazing, the colors are great and they blend so easily. When I pair them with my NYX primer, they last ALL day. This month I’ve been using these palettes together to create amazing eye looks. Overall, I’m absolutely in love with them and even bring both when I travel.
8. The Balm Mary Lou Manizer Highlighter
This is my favorite highlight, hands down. To start, it looks great on my pale skin and isn’t overwhelming or distracting. In addition, it adds a nice shine/sparkle to my cheek bones. Overall, it’s everything I could have asked for in a highlight.
9. Dermablend pressed powder
Overall, this powder is great for dry skin, it doesn’t emphasize dry patches or texture. Plus, It keeps my skin looking flawless and helps set it for longer wear.
