Pre-scheduled exercises for the month of September ft. Beachbody On Demand
At the end of February, I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change, meaning I started watching what I ate. At the end of March, I purchased my first Beachbody workout,Core De Force, and fell in love! Since the beginning of my journey,I’ve lost 30+pounds and over 25 inches and gained so much confidence and self love. I made the change because I was sick of feeling anxious, depressed and just plain old awful all the time. I had trouble sleeping, I couldn’t stop crying and I would get winded walking up stairs. Changing my diet, doing Core De Force every night and going to the gym changed my life!
I know it’s hard to start, there are so many programs and fad diets that it can be really overwhelming. On the other hand, after making the change it can get boring and difficult to keep up. To make it easier, I took some time to put together a calendar schedule of my favorite workouts. This calendar is designed to work with Beachbody On Demand as well as gym equipment. Of course, you can swap the workouts for other forms of the same exercise (i.e. the treadmill workouts for other forms of cardio). Each workout should take up less than an hour of the day and give you some incredible results!
